Delivery estimates

On usual delivery, we aim to send all orders within three working days of your order being processed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

International Shipping Policies

Products ordered from our website to an international address, may be subject to potential import duties/taxes when it reaches your country. We are not responsible for covering any payments of any import duties/taxes that come with it.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages

In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or is undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address. We are not held responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

Any successful refund applications will be issued back to the original method of payment the moment the item reaches CoinDrip and has been approved for meeting the refund criteria’s. Financial institutions will have their own requirements for the number of days needed to process the refund and for the funds to be available. All returns should be shipped with a courier that provides insurance and a signed and tracking number service as CoinDrip will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged goods.

Criteria for successful refunds are as follows:
- The product must not have been damaged.
- The product must not have been worn.
- The product must not have been altered.
- The product must not have been washed.
- The product must not have been removed from its original packaging.
- The product must not have any of its original tags removed.

CoinDrip has the discretion to reject and send back any items that do not meet the above criteria

Exchange and Refunds

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund when the product is defect, we will offer an exchange for items that are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please be aware that all responsible return costs are applicable by the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 7 days of receipt of the order. Items that are returned as faulty and are showing signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. As soon as we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business to process your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

In the unfortunate event that you haven't received the full refund yet, first check your bank account balance. Please note that it can take time to process the issued refund to your bank. In the event that you have already contacted your payment carriers and banks and regardless you have not gotten your refund yet.
